With 33 years of experience, Mr. Rajendra Kumar is a seasoned expert known for his technical prowess, project management skills, and commitment to sustainability. He co-founded "Ganesh Green Bharat Limited" in 2016, specializing in government tender-based services and later establishing "Ganesh Green Bharat Limited“ as a government "A" class contractor.

Ms. Palak Jagatbhai Shah is the Independent Director of our Company. She is a member of the Instituteof Chartered Accountants of India since 2003 and completed Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) – ICAI in 2004. She has 20+ years of experience in valuations, tax audits, and bank audits, and is a Registered Valuer (SFA) registered with IBBI under the Companies Act, 2013.

Mr. Sahil Bipin Gala is the Independent Director of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2012, and has completed Certificate course on Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection, from ICAI in year 2019. He has an experience of 10+ years in the filed of taxation, audit assistance, internal audit and forensic auditor.
