Wafer & Cell Inspection
Incoming N-type / P-type cells are inspected for colour, efficiency binning and micro-cracks before they enter the line.
Cell Cutting & Stringing
Laser cell cutting produces half-cut cells; automated stringers interconnect them with low-stress precision soldering.
Layup & Bussing
Glass, EVA, strings, EVA and backsheet are stacked; robotic bussing solders interconnect ribbons with tight alignment.
Pre-Lamination EL Test
Electroluminescence imaging catches micro-cracks and soldering defects before lamination locks them in.
Lamination
Vacuum lamination encapsulates the stack in EVA / POE for moisture, UV and thermal cycling resistance.
Framing & Junction Box
Aluminium frames are bonded with structural silicone and IP68 junction boxes are mounted and potted.
Flash & Hi-Pot Testing
Every module is flash-tested for IV curve and Wp class, then high-voltage and wet-leakage tested for safety.
Final EL, Sort & Pack
Final EL imaging, visual QC, Wp binning, labelling, palletisation and barcode traceability for every module shipped.

High-Voltage Test
Verifies dielectric strength and electrical insulation under extreme voltage.
EL Imaging Test

Wet Leakage Test
Ensures maximum water resistance and zero current leakage in wet conditions.
Mechanical Load
Simulates harsh wind and snow conditions up to 5400 Pa to verify structural integrity.
